3. Damaged Product

Return and Refund Process

A) Order Cancellations

• Note: Orders for perishable items (e.g., Cakes & Flowers with same-day or fixed-time delivery) cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• If the order is already dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
• Shipping Charges for Canceled Orders After Dispatch:
  The following charges apply:
• Domestic (India):
  • ₹75 for 0-500 gm
  • ₹150 for 500-999 gm
  • ₹250 for 1-2 kg
  • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for items above 2 kg
• International:
  Refund will cover the product cost only, excluding shipping charges.

B) Breakages or Damaged Items

• If your product is damaged during transit, please share an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue.

C) Wrong Product Received

• If you receive an incorrect product, share an unboxing video and contact us immediately via chat support or email at [email protected].
• You can return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
• Our support team will guide you through the return process.
